Ellen is a native of Cumming, GA and began practicing physical therapy 14 years ago. She has worked in orthopedics, home health, and rehab facilities around the metro Atlanta area. Ellen received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Furman University and then went on to receive a 2nd degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia. She is a busy mom with 3 children and is a competitive tri-athlete during the season. She is actively involved in her church, the kid’s school and also coaches the 8th grade girls basketball team at King’s Ridge Christian School.

Dr. Keith Borger received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of West Georgia in 2013, where he played Division II baseball for the Wolves. In 2016, Keith received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercer University. Upon achievement of his Doctorate, he completed Mercer University’s Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency program in 2017 and went on to achieve a Board Certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2018. Keith is currently a Staff Physical Therapist and the Center Coordinator for Clinical Education at Champion Physical Therapy in Cumming, Georgia.
Derrick Bass, ATC is a licensed athletic trainer who assists in our community outreach supporting high school sports.
Julie is a native of Cumming, GA and after graduating from high school attended Gainesville College for 2 years. She has 20 years experience in the physical therapy environment, specializing in all facets of office and insurance management. When not working, Julie spends most of her time with her son, Taylor. She also likes to participate in charitable events such as the Relay for Life and the Susan G. Koman foundation. Her hobbies include reading, movies, and photography.
Donna works in the patient intake department at Champion Physical Therapy.

Maggie grew up in Canada before moving to the United States. She enjoys exercising daily, spending time with her family, and going for long walks on the beach while drinking an ice cold Coca-Cola. She is married to a wonderful husband Jay, with whom she has raised 3 children.
